Erap officially announced that he's again gunning for the presidency because the voice of the people is the voice of God, vox populi, vox dei. From what it appears in the news, he's very much well-received in Tondo, Manila.
First, the populi is definitely not just Tondo.
Second, why don't he just run for mayor in Tondo instead?
