For the longest time, I've never been this excited for Christmas and I don't know why. Probably it's because of the lovely Christmas songs in the store during the season while we make luxuriant gourmet coffee.
And then there is the unending line of customers eager to earn their stickers who can hardly wait to get their hands on their planners. And then some of them getting rude but that's okay because
a) it's part of the job
b) people can forget their manners for trivial things.
And then there is work even at the eve of Christmas, but that's okay because
a) family gatherings should be all year round
b) i'll just be watching TV or munching on too much food if I was at home anyway.
And then there's peppermint mocha and toffee nut latte. It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas..
